Shipping policy

Casey & Company Bespoke Design ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.caseybespokehome.com and https://www.caseyandcompany.net) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

GENERAL
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. 

Custom and Special Order products are submitted for production upon order placement and are built to your specifications and full payment is collected in advance.  If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, you will forfeit 50% of your payment.  Once delivered, special order returns or exchanges due to customer preference or any other reason cannot be accepted.

Monogrammed and/or Personalized items are special order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

DELIVERY METHODS

Curb-Side Delivery

  • We call the customer 30 minutes before our arrival
  • We will leave the order outside the customer's home or apartment building. It is the customer's responsibility to bring the order inside the home

*The customer is responsible for unpacking and assembling the order

White Glove

  • We call the customer 30 minutes before our arrival
  • Upon arrival, we perform a walk-through to assess where the product(s) needs to be placed
  • We then bring the order to the room of choice and unpack the product(s)
  • We will set up the order according to the customer's wishes, including 30 minutes of light assembly (excluding KDs)
  • We always clean the area upon leaving so the customer can enjoy their new purchase right away!

DISPATCH TIME

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of an order

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

DELIVERY TIME

In-stock items are typically delivered within two weeks of ordering. Out of stock items, special, and/or custom items are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks.

DELIVERY DAY

Leading up to delivery day, our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a window of time that you can expect your order. Items will be stored for up to 30 days for free after that Casey & Company will charge 2% of the full retail value per month. Be sure to carefully measure your door frames and hallways to determine the best path for your new furniture. If we are unable to get your furniture into your home, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Upon arrival, our delivery partners will arrange your package in accordance with your selected shipping option. Make sure that all boxes are in good condition, if there's any damage to the box please open the box prior to signing and if you see any damage please notate this on the receipt.  If there's no damage to the box you have 48 hours to fully inspect the item. After 48 hours there are no damage exchanges available.

Small items will be delivered as soon as possible, and the courier will not call ahead in advance to schedule delivery. Courier deliveries do not require a signature upon delivery and your package will be left on your doorstep if you are not available to receive it.

In the event that you need to return your article, the original packaging is required to avoid a repackaging fee.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

For a change of delivery address requests, we may change the address before the order has been dispatched.

PO BOX & MILITARY ADDRESS SHIPPING

Casey & Company Bespoke Design will not ship to a P.O. box, APO< of FPO and we are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, customers will receive emails of the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

SALES TAX

Sales taxes if applicable will be itemized as displayed on the website at checkout.
